At Bella Coola Heli Sports, I managed high-value heli-ski and summer adventure bookings and built real-time scheduling tools so guides, pilots, and guests had clear, reliable information when it mattered most. At RMU Outdoors, I coordinated global freight, inventory, and ecommerce growth, helping scale online revenue while balancing production, stock levels, and marketing campaigns across multiple regions. Working inside small, fast-moving organisations taught me how data sits behind almost every decision: pricing, staffing, inventory, guest experience, and long-term strategy.
My hospitality background gave me a strong sense of how people interpret information, not just how systems store it. That perspective led me to formal training in analytics and applied modeling, pairing an operational mindset with Python, SQL, statistics, and geospatial tools to build dashboards, analyses, and decision support that teams can actually use.
